Growing up, I spent countless hours on porches, sharing stories with grandparents, parents, neighbors, and friends. In the South, porch talks are sacred—a time to slow down and savor life’s simple moments. My hope for this newsletter is to recreate that experience. Picture yourself on my front porch as evening falls, the sky deepening into twilight while the warm, yellow glow of string lights flickers to life. We’re just two friends, catching up on life, enjoying each other’s company.
